The price is per night, per room, for a minimum of 10 nights and includes:
- Accommodation in the indicated room type;
- The corresponding number of nights;
- VAT, tourist tax, insurance;
- Parking, internet.
Services with additional charge:
- Breakfast supplement - BGN 10.00/per guest
- Lunch and dinner supplement - BGN 20.00/per guest included three-course menu and drink;
- Safe at reception; Telephone calls;
- Laundry and dry cleaning;
General conditions:
- The reservation is confirmed by the hotelier within 1 working day ;
- The reservation is valid only after confirmation by the hotelier by phone, e-mail or fax and a 30% advance payment received from the client within 3 days;
- Free cancellation is accepted up to 7 days before the check-in date;
- In case of cancellation of a paid reservation after this period, the hotelier will withhold the value of the service for 1 night as a penalty.
- Full prepayment is required to keep a discount of the number of nights.
